From searching to knowing.
From reactive to proactive.
Indentia.ai is the European answer-engine for organisations whose data can't leave the building. We connect your systems, link your knowledge, and answer questions with the source attached.
Don't grow and improve by low percentages — think big, like by 10×, 40×.
The platform
Four layers. One coherent platform.
Most AI stacks are loosely tied together: a vector database here, a search engine there, a policy tool next to it, an agent framework on top. Indentia is designed from the ground up as one whole — your tenancy, identities and compliance live in the foundation, not bolted on as the last sticker.
Your data
Ingest · ontology · permissions · AI agents · audit — in one coherent platform.
Available as
Benchmark · MultiHop-RAG
Indentia #1 on every metric, against the world best.
Academia uses the MultiHop-RAG benchmark as the industry standard for evaluating AI search systems on complex, multi-document questions. The benchmark contains 2,255 real questions across three difficulty categories.
Inference
Drawing conclusions from a single source. "What does this article imply?"
Comparison
Comparing two or more sources. "Does view A differ from view B?"
Temporal
Judging time-sensitive claims. "Is this still current?"
In plain language: Indentia finds the right document in 98 of 100 cases, and on the hardest questions — comparison and time-sensitivity — produces the most accurate answer of any publicly published system worldwide.
On multi-hop QA benchmarks, the measured human ceiling sits at 88–92% accuracy — with unlimited time, full source access and no pressure. Under realistic conditions human performance drops substantially. Indentia hits 96% accuracy on inference, above the measured human ceiling for that question type.
Autonomous Agents
Multi-step reasoning. With the brakes on.
Every agent runs in its own MicroVM with five security layers. Sandbox isolation, PII filtering, scoped credentials, network allow-lists — autonomy without risk.
Goal, deadline, scope. SSO context sets permissions.

One search bar. Every answer with a source.
Search SharePoint, Salesforce, Confluence, network drives and email from one central interface. Indentia answers directly — with the exact passage, the document, and the authorization context behind it.
- ✓Citations on every claim
- ✓Permissions inherited from source systems
- ✓No hallucinations — only verifiable answers
Three contracts expire between July and September 2026 with an explicit data-sovereignty clause: the master agreement with ACME Logistics1, the SaaS licence with Northwind2, and the data-processing agreement with Helios Health3. All three reference GDPR article 28 and require EU residency.

The cognitive layer
One stable identity per thing,
across every source system.
Every entity gets a universal Indentia IRI under
id.indentia.ai.
One customer, one contract, one project — no more ID spaghetti
between Salesforce, ERP and SharePoint.
Two John Smiths? No problem. The platform tells apart people, projects and organizations with the same or similar name by their context, role and relationships — so a question about "John on case X" doesn't return the answer about "John on case Y". Off-the-shelf RAG stacks hallucinate precisely here: they collapse the two people into one blurry profile. Essential for handling ambiguous terms in legal, HR and intelligence contexts.

Sovereignty
Your data stays in Europe. No exceptions.
EU-only, fully self-hosted or even air-gapped. No US Cloud Act exposure. Permissions are inherited from source systems (least privilege), SSO integration respects existing authorizations, and every action is logged for traceability.
